As a teenager, I had a lot of acne, and it always bothered me. My parents always reassured me that I would grow out of it, but I’m nearing the end of my twenties and sadly to say my acne wasn’t clearing up at all.
I tried every skin cleansing product, topical product, and health attempts like drinking a lot of water and staying away from junk food. Of course, I always ended up using too much makeup to cover it up and that only made it worse. But no matter what I tried it seemed like nothing was working and the makeup would just look caked on by the end of the day.
It was really embarrassing and made it hard for me to pursue relationships with guys because I was scared of my crush seeing me without any makeup on at all.
Now I’m in my early 20s and luckily, one of my friends mentioned acne laster treatment.
The idea seemed weird. How would a laser treat my acne? But I thought it was worth a try.
I live in St. Catharines so after some research I came across Hair Today Gone Tomorrow etc. and Stephanie. She is such a nice lady and I really felt comfortable talking to her about my skin problems. She told me about the laser she uses (Fotana) and how it works to reduce acne inflammation and get deep down below skin level to get rid of the root cause of the acne.
The laser penetrates the safely and can sense the optimal treatment depth and then it uses its heat to destroy the overactive sebaceous glands that were causing the acne. The laser treatment doesn’t just destroy the acne, but it actually accelerates the healing process and stimulates collagen remodelling.
You can really feel it working and my skin started to look better after even the first session. Now after going four times, my face looks clearer than ever! I can’t even remember a time my face looked this good, and I’m so thankful to Stephanie for helping me to solve this long and embarrassing problem.
And by the way, her prices are really reasonable too. (And less than what I was quoted at other places.)
If you’re looking for the best acne laser treatment in St. Catharines, I highly recommend speaking with Stephanie at Hair Today Gone Tomorrow etc. I’m sure she can help you too!
